📋 General Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline and the circumstances of your booking.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval
• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used

⏰ Cancellation Refunds

Refunds depend on when you cancel your booking:

• More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund (minus processing fees of ₹500)
• Between 7–15 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund (100% cancellation charge)
• No-shows or early check-outs: No refund

⚠️ Special Circumstances

In certain situations, we may offer flexibility with our refund policy:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
• Government-imposed travel restrictions or lockdowns
• Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)

• Booking processing fees (₹500 for all cancellations)
• Special packages or promotional rates (terms apply)
• Additional services (e.g., tours, meals) booked separately
• Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the guest

🔄 Date Modification

If you modify your booking dates instead of canceling:

• Changes made more than 7 days before check-in: No extra charge
• Changes made within 7 days of check-in: Subject to availability and may incur charges
• Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly
