• More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund (minus processing fees).
• Between 7–15 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund (100% cancellation charge).
• No-shows or early check-outs: No refund will be provided.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, we may offer flexibility at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

💳 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

If you wish to modify your booking dates, please contact us at least 7 days prior to check-in. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
